How we measure
- Cluster buys start at the closing price on the first trading day on or after the last insider's Form 4 filing date, then compare 30 and 90 calendar days later with the S&P 500 (SPY) over the same days.
- Picks and Stocks to Watch are logged every night. A stock that stays on a list for weeks is counted once, from the first day it appeared.
- Returns are simple price changes. They exclude dividends, trading costs and taxes, and they aren't the result of real trades.
