Insider filings are public, but they arrive as thousands of raw SEC documents every week. InsiderPrint reads every one, separates real purchases from routine compensation events, and shows what matters: who bought, how much, whether others joined them, and how that person's past purchases worked out.
InsiderPrint is independent. It has no ties to any brokerage, fund or company it covers. We built it because we wanted a clean, fast, free way to follow insider activity without paywalls or hype.
What we believe
- Show the source. Every transaction links to its original filing on SEC EDGAR.
- Publish the method. Our scores and rankings follow written rules, explained on the methodology page, and they're the same for every stock and every reader.
- Keep score honestly. Our scorecard tracks every cluster buy and every pick against the S&P 500, including the ones that didn't work.
How the site is funded
InsiderPrint is free. It's supported by advertising and clearly labeled sponsorships. We don't sell stock picks, manage money, or accept payment from companies to feature their stock. See our trading and sponsorship policies.
